Your name in the address bar.
Every store gets its own address, like yourstore.merchant365.app, the day it’s set up. For $15 a month, we host it at a domain you own instead, like pos.yourstore.com. It takes two DNS records and about ten minutes.
- Add your domain on your account page.
- Copy two records into GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap or wherever your domain lives.
- Choose Check DNS. We confirm it’s yours and switch on the secure certificate.

Questions
Do I need every module?
No. Pick only what you need and add more later. Restaurant & Bar needs Point of Sale and Inventory, so those are added when you pick it. Consignment needs Point of Sale and Inventory, so those are added when you pick it. Your products, stock and customers carry over because they all live in the same place.
What’s the difference between a suite and picking modules?
A suite is a set of modules for one lower price. If you pick the same modules one by one, you get the suite price automatically. We offer Store Suite, Restaurant Suite and Consignment Suite.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paying for the year saves 16.67% compared with paying monthly.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We’ll check in before it ends.
Does the restaurant module work for a bar?
Yes. Run bar tabs without a table, send drinks to a separate bar screen, split checks by seat and track tips by server. Lay out the dining room, patio and bar as separate sections.
How do consignment booths get paid?
Each booth has monthly rent and a commission on sales. Every sale is split automatically, rent is taken from what a consignor earns, and payouts are recorded with a statement. Consignors see their balance and sales in their own portal.
Will it work with the website I already have?
Yes. The Webstore module connects to the site you already run. Your developer pastes one line of code and your live catalog and stock appear. Orders come back into your back office.
Who processes my card payments?
You connect your own Square or Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you at the rates you already have.
Is there a limit on locations or employees?
No. Add as many store locations and employee logins as you need. Your price stays the same.
Do I have to use my own domain?
No. Every store gets its own address, like yourstore.merchant365.app, the day it’s set up. Hosting at a domain you own, like pos.yourstore.com, is an add-on for $15 a month.
How does signing up work?
Tell us about your business and pick a plan. We set up your workspace, then email you a sign-in link and a temporary password, usually within one business day.
